🕐 Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, except in cases of verified emergencies (handled case by case).No-shows will not be refunded.

❌ Refunds

All services are non-refundable once the session is delivered. If you are unsatisfied with your session, please reach out within 24 hours of the appointment. We may offer a follow-up or partial resolution at our discretion—but no monetary refunds will be issued. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, lack of results, or personal disagreements with the guidance shared.

💻 Technical Errors

If a session is disrupted due to technical issues (connectivity, software, etc.) from our side, we will happily

reschedule at no extra cost.
