2. Booking & Payment

All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or communication channels. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking via approved payment methods (e.g., UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay, etc.).Sessions are non-transferable.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance by contacting us directly. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows or missed sessions are non-refundable.

4. No Guarantees

While every session is conducted with care, intuition, and sincerity, we do

not guarantee specific outcomes

or results. Your experience and insights depend on your openness, personal energy, and willingness to reflect and take action.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential. We respect your privacy and do not disclose personal details without your consent, except where legally required.

Clients are expected to engage respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who are disrespectful, abusive, or violate these terms. Any misuse of the services, including spam, harassment, or illegal activity, will lead to immediate termination of access.
